SHIPMENT POLICY

 

This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the orders are shipped, when you place orders with us on our website, i.e. https://www.tridentactive.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

 

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipment Policy. We encourage you to read the following sections carefully so you know what to expect and how to get in touch with us if something doesn’t go as planned.

1.     SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

a)     Domestic and international delivery: We offer shipping services both within Australia and to worldwide destinations. All orders are shipped using reliable courier services, including Australia Post for domestic deliveries and trusted international carriers for global shipments. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.

b)     Standard shipping: We offer standard shipping for all countries we deliver to. For most destinations, standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

c)     Express shipping: Where available, you can choose express shipping for faster delivery, typically within 1 to 5 business days after dispatch. This option may not be offered in all countries and will only appear at checkout if eligible for your address.

d)     Shipping rates: Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand. For other countries, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier rates. Express shipping will incur an additional charge.

e)     Free shipping promotions: We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount. When active, these offers will be clearly displayed on the website and automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

f)      Taxes and duties: For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local charges in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.

 

2.     ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIME

a)     Once you place an order on our website, we aim to process it within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes verifying payment, preparing the items for shipment, and handing them over to the carrier.

b)     While we do our best to stick to this timeframe, there may occasionally be delays during peak periods, sales events, or due to stock availability.

c)     If your order contains multiple items, they may be packed together or shipped in separate parcels depending on product availability or shipping requirements. You will receive tracking information for each parcel if split shipments occur.

d)     Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow the delivery progress.

 

3.     INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery.

 

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@tridentactive.com. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to modify the delivery address, redirect the package, or cancel the shipment.

 

4.     DELAYED, LOST, AND MISSING PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout, we kindly ask that you wait a few extra days as delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related disruptions. If your parcel is delayed beyond a reasonable period, please contact us at support@tridentactive.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around your property, asking neighbours or building staff, and contacting your local post office, as some couriers may leave packages in secure locations or deliver early. If the parcel is confirmed lost after the courier’s investigation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on stock availability. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, and any reshipment due to such errors will be at the customer’s expense.

 

5.     RESERVATION OF RIGHT

Trident Active Pty Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the shipping address is incomplete or invalid, or the order violates our Terms & Conditions. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if payment has already been made. This right to cancel also extends to suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

 

6.     UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
